ज्या मनुष्याच्या घरात कामधेनू आहे, त्याने दुसऱ्याकडे ताक मागू लागला, तर ते किती हास्यास्पद आहे. तसेच स्वत:जवळ अंतर्यामी परमात्मा असताना त्याचे ज्ञान मिळवायचे सोडून फुकट वादविवाद करीत राहणे, हे हास्यास्पद आहे. आपल्या हाती चिंतामणी असताना त्याच्याकडे उत्कृष्ट काही न मागता काचेचे तुकडे मागितले तर ते उदंड मिळतील, पण त्यांचा उपयोग काय?

How absurd it would be for a man who has the wish-fulfilling cow at home to go begging his neighbor for buttermilk. Just as absurd is a person who, having God dwelling within, abandons the pursuit of that knowledge to argue pointlessly instead. If one holding the wish-fulfilling gem asks only for shards of glass, he may get plenty of them, but of what use are they?
