मना सर्वही संग सोडूनि द्यावा । अती आदरें सज्जनाचा धरावा । जयाचेनि संगें महां दु:ख भंगे । जनीं साधनेवीण सन्मार्ग लागे ॥

हे मना, जगामध्ये इतर सर्वांची संगत सोडावी व संतांची संगत धरावी. त्यांच्या संगतीमुळे मोठ-मोठाली दु:खे नाहीशी होतात आणि साधनाचे कष्ट न करताही सन्मार्ग सापडतो.

O mind, give up all other company in this world and hold with great reverence to the company of the good. Through their company even great sorrows are destroyed, and one finds the right path in life without undergoing the hardship of separate spiritual effort.
